Key Responsibilities:
• Formulate capture strategies to win new business contracts
• Manage and prepare technical proposals with cost strategies
• Collaborate closely with both technical and business teams
• Build relationships with partners and assess competitive landscapes
• Navigate the complete bidding process and contract negotiations
Requirements:
• Ten or more years in technology-focused roles
• Recognized success in leading proposal efforts
• Deep understanding of Earth Observation technologies
• Strong interpersonal skills and strategic insight
• Experience using CRM systems beneficial
