As part of the sales department at Open Road Lexus Richmond, you will be instrumental in understanding customer vehicle needs and promoting new business. This role involves selling both new and pre-owned vehicles, offering insightful product demonstrations, and staying updated on automotive technology. Your contributions will help expand Open Road’s reputation for customer satisfaction while fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding customer service by identifying vehicle needs
• Promote new business through prospecting and referrals
• Sell new and pre-owned vehicles with expertise
• Stay updated on automotive technology and product features
• Deliver vehicles and clarify operational features to customers
Requirements:
• Previous experience selling pre-owned vehicles
• Valid British Columbia Driver’s License and good record
• Strong computer skills, especially with MS Office
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Current VSA MDC License
