We are looking for a motivated Diagnostic Engineer/Physicist with expertise in optics and advanced measurement systems. You will play a vital role in monitoring the compression of lithium liners during experimental campaigns, while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in a state-of-the-art environment. Your contributions will be essential to advancing fusion technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop high-speed diagnostic techniques and measurement systems
• Optimize and integrate advanced optical metrology systems
• Evaluate new optical measurement technologies
• Design and document technical findings and procedures
• Contribute to improving diagnostic methodologies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in related technical disciplines
• Minimum 3 years experience in precision measurement
• Strong hands-on skills with imaging hardware
