Red Seal Electrician

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Red Seal Electrician to join our growing Installation Team. In this role, you’ll support commercial LED projects from concept through completion, working hands-on across design, permitting, construction, and commissioning.

This is a great opportunity for a professional electrician with experience in LED retrofits or new construction who enjoys ownership, collaboration, and career growth. You’ll gain exposure to all areas of the business, with clear opportunities to advance into more senior roles.

Key Responsibilities
– Maintain and repair electrical production equipment with urgency
– Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and electrical code requirements
– Install wiring, cables, and electrical components using power tools
– Test, troubleshoot, and commission electrical systems
– Document maintenance activities and electrical changes per ESA standards
– Guide and support apprentices and other electricians
– Obtain permits, tools, materials, and equipment for projects

Qualifications
– Red Seal Electrician certification and completed apprenticeship
– Master Electrician License with strong Electrical Safety knowledge
– 3-5+ years of experience as an Electrician
– LED retrofit, commercial, manufacturing, or signage experience is an asset
– Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
– Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
– Valid driver’s license
