• Team Leadership:
  Mentor and coach our Rope Access Technicians, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Safety and Compliance:
  Enforce strict safety protocols, conduct regular audits, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Project Management:
  Oversee project execution, manage resources effectively, and maintain budget adherence to meet client expectations.
• Quality Assurance:
  Set and maintain high standards for performance, conduct inspections, and drive corrective actions as needed.
• Communication:
  Maintain open lines of communication with team members and management to align project goals and objectives.
• Equipment Management:
  Manage equipment maintenance, inspections, and inventory to support operational needs.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Identify training needs and opportunities for improvement to enhance team capabilities and project outcomes.

• Level 3 Rope Access certification from IRATA or SPRAT.
• 5+ years of experience in high‑rise window cleaning and maintenance, demonstrating expertise in technical and safety aspects.
• Passion for team development and a commitment to fostering a strong safety culture.
• Proactive approach to optimizing operations and enhancing client satisfaction.
• Strong ethical foundation, upholding company values and maintaining a reputation for quality.

Job Type: Full‑time, Permanent

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Salary: CA $40.00 - CA $45.00 per hour

Experience:

• Rope Access Cleaner: 5 years (required)
• Rope Tech Level 3: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

• SPRAT or IRATA Certification (required)
