We are searching for an experienced Red Seal or 4th Year Apprentice Millwright for an exciting opportunity in Delta, BC.

• Base Rate: $48/hour
• $52/hour when on the night shift
• Schedule:
  
  Continental 12-hour shift that rotates every 2 weeks (only work 7 days every 2 weeks)

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment and production machinery
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement timely solutions
• Support installation, alignment, and commissioning of new equipment
• Work closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure operational efficiency
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Follow all health & safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards)
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Millwright
• Red Seal certification preferred but Level 4 Apprentices would be considered
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience using CMMS
• Good communication skills
• Safety minded
