Maintenance Electrician

Position: Maintenance Electrician at ProAmpac
Pro Ampac offers a Maintenance Electrician position focused on ensuring optimal performance of our advanced packaging equipment. Join our innovative team and utilize your electrical skills in a full-time role.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery including Bag Machines and Gas Fired Web Dryers while performing routine inspections and requiring on-call availability. Your ability to build strong internal relationships and embrace safety regulations will be vital for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair machinery effectively and efficiently

• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems

• Design control circuits and assist in continuous improvement

• Maintain facilities to uphold safety standards

• Foster open communication with team members and management

Requirements:

• Interprovincial Red Seal Electrician certification required

• 3 years’ experience at the Journeyman level

• Familiarity with PLC software, especially Allen Bradley

• Forklift and scissor lift operation certification

• Strong organizational and communication skills
