As a technician on the Western Canada Service Team, you will handle equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting across various healthcare facilities. This position emphasizes customer engagement and requires an individual with a strong technical background who thrives in an independent work environment. Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards is paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and maintain electro-mechanical medical devices
• Schedule and conduct preventive maintenance efficiently
• Provide training to customers on equipment use
• Complete service reports and manage documentation
• Engage with leadership for service improvements
Requirements:
• Two years of technical education or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years’ experience in a service environment
• Strong diagnostic and communication skills
• Clean Driver’s license required
• Capable of lifting equipment weighing up to 35 kg
