Warehouse Technician BC

Join the Canadian Red Cross as a Warehouse and Maintenance Technician in Richmond, BC. This in-person role focuses on equipment repair, cleaning, and client instruction while supporting community resilience.

As a key member of the Canadian Red Cross team, you will perform inspections, document repairs, and manage equipment records. This position not only requires hands-on skills with tools but also emphasizes client-facing interactions as you instruct users on equipment care. You will contribute to a diverse, inclusive environment while assisting new volunteers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and repair equipment malfunctions as needed

• Document repairs and maintain accurate equipment records

• Clean and disinfect health equipment to meet standards

• Transport and install equipment for clients at home

• Guide clients and caregivers on proper equipment use

Requirements:

• Completed Grade 12 or equivalent

• Basic skills with hand and power tools

• Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License

• Ability to lift and carry up to 80lbs

• Strong communication and client service skills
