Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Become a vital part of the wastewater treatment operations team as a Maintenance Mechanic in Richmond, BC. This full-time role focuses on maintaining and repairing heavy industrial equipment while ensuring a safety-driven environment.
MGR Workforce is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to support critical infrastructure. Candidates with a Millwright Trade Certification or Red Seal and at least four years of industrial maintenance experience are ideal. You will apply strong troubleshooting skills, mechanical aptitude, and hands-on experience to ensure the effective operation of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain mechanical equipment and machinery

• Troubleshoot and service pumps, compressors, and valves

• Perform maintenance on diesel and gas engines

• Diagnose equipment issues and respond to operational requests

• Train and assist junior mechanics as needed
Requirements:

• Heavy Duty Mechanic or Millwright Trade Certification

• Minimum of 4 years industrial mechanical maintenance experience

• Proficient in tools, blueprints, and CMMS systems

• Valid BC Driver’s License and reliable hand tools

• Ability to work independently in a field environment
