In this pivotal role, you will deliver exceptional craftsmanship through your expertise in metal fabrication and marine-grade welding. With a minimum of 3–5 years of welding experience, you will work directly with project managers and marine technicians. Your skills in interpreting blueprints and executing repairs ensure optimal safety and durability for various marine equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on marine-grade materials
• Interpret blueprints and engineering specifications accurately
• Measure, cut, and assemble metal components using fabrication equipment
• Install and support field operations for yachts and commercial vessels
• Ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of marine welding and fabrication experience
• Proficient in TIG, MIG, and Stick welding techniques
• Red Seal Welder or CWB Certification preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors
• Strong time management skills under pressure
