ScheduleFull‑time, approximately 40 hours per week, with overtime opportunities
The Role:Your Mission
You’ll be the hero homeowners call when unwanted pests show up. Think problem solver, detective, and customer favorite all rolled into one.
What You’ll Be Doing- Inspect homes inside and out to identify pests, entry points, and infestations
- Assist in diagnosing pest issues and applying effective treatments
- Complete service reports for work performed and products used
- Provide excellent customer service and answer customer questions
- Educate homeowners and recommend solutions to prevent future pest issues
- Build strong relationships with customers while representing Insight professionally

We’ll help you obtain your Structural Exterminator License, including training materials, study support, and assistance registering for the exam.
Requirements- Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs of equipment
- Comfortable working in different environments (crawl spaces, damp or dusty spots)
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good people skills
- Valid G or G2 driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
- Desire to learn, grow, and be part of a solid team
- Interest in pest control or learning a skilled trade
Important:
Prior to starting, successful candidates must complete their licensing exam and required training.
