Electrician Position

Position: Electrician Position Available at Purolator
Purolator is seeking a Licensed Electrician to join our Richmond, BC team, dedicated to maintaining and servicing material handling equipment for seamless operations. This is an opportunity to apply your technical skills in a vital industrial environment.

In this role, you'll conduct preventative maintenance, diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical failures. Your focus will not only help minimize equipment downtime but also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Accurate documentation and reporting are key components of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute regular preventative maintenance on MHE

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical failures to restore operations

• Monitor and inspect equipment and facilities proactively

• Prepare safety reports and maintain operational logs

• Document maintenance tasks in our maintenance management system

Requirements:

• Must hold Red Seal certification and 442A Electrician Certificate

• Minimum five years of relevant experience in maintenance

• Strong knowledge in equipment installation and parts

• Capable of lifting up to 70 lbs as required

• Comfort in a warehouse and possibly outdoor environments
