Position: Millwright with Tree Island Steel
Become a key player as a Millwright at Tree Island Steel, based in Richmond, British Columbia. This position involves proactive machinery maintenance and offers competitive wages along with overtime potential.

Tree Island Steel is in search of an experienced Millwright to join our production team. A BC or Inter-Provincial Millwright Trade Qualification is required, along with a minimum of five years' experience in a similar setting.

Your role will be vital in executing necessary maintenance, repairs, and reducing equipment failures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency and periodic maintenance for machinery

• Conduct preventative inspections and necessary repairs

• Work on hydraulic and pneumatic systems installations

• Operate industrial machinery and lifting devices

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating machinery

Requirements:

• Must possess BC or Inter-Provincial Millwright Trade Qualification

• 5 years' experience in heavy industrial maintenance

• Proficient in blueprints and schematics reading

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Self-sufficient in fast-paced environments
