Job Description
We are seeking qualified Auto Body Technicians for a busy collision repair facility in Richmond, BC. Reliable technicians will join a productive team, providing quality repairs to damaged motor vehicle body parts. Similar positions are available across BC. Red Seal ticket preferred.
Compensation- $100,000 - $150,000/year on flat rate & bonus system.
- Experienced and productive techs earn north of $150k.
- Bonus Tiers:
Earn $1/hour extra when billing over 110, 135, 160. - Benefits include health, dental, vision, uniforms.
- Monthly tool allowance.
- Day shift — Monday to Friday.
- Flexible start times.
- Shop open 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
- Repair or replace body components, doors, fenders, frame and underbody.
- Address dents, buckles, scratches, chips.
- Use soldering equipment, cutting torches, welding gear.
