This position is designed for individuals with a high school diploma looking to make an impact in residential construction. Experience is beneficial as you will read blueprints, measure and shape materials, and perform installations effectively. Comfort with heights and confined areas will be essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret blueprints and sketches to fulfill project needs

• Measure, cut, and join diverse materials for construction

• Build and install foundational components and wall systems

• Fit doors, windows, and other hardware accurately

• Repair and maintain residential wooden structures

Requirements:

• Successful completion of high school education

• Previous construction experience an asset

• Comfort working at heights and in dusty conditions

• Ability to work in confined spaces

• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
