TLD Audio Visual Installation Specialist

Elevate audio-visual experiences as a TLD Audio Visual Installation Specialist, responsible for installing, testing, and upgrading AV systems. This critical role serves both commercial and residential clients.

Candidates for this position will engage in a variety of tasks, including system configuration and providing client education on new technologies. Your technical skills will allow you to ensure all installations are safe, secure, and meet rigorous performance standards. Previous experience in the AV Services industry is essential for success and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess locations to provide AV system upgrade suggestions

• Install and configure AV systems according to project specifications

• Conduct system testing and verification pre-handover

• Provide user guidance on AV system operation

• Support service calls and maintenance of existing systems

Requirements:

• Proven background as an Audio Visual Installer

• Proficient in low-voltage installations and wiring standards

• Technical diploma or equivalent practical experience

• Knowledge of Crestron or Extron systems is a plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
