Harbour Air is actively hiring for this full-time technician role involving structural maintenance for our own fleet and third-party clients. With a focus on safety and quality, you will work modified shifts of 10.5 hours to maintain a healthy work-life balance. This position also caters to your mentorship abilities by including training for apprentices, further enriching the collaboration of our experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute structural MRO tasks for aircraft maintenance

• Complete detailed work orders with high accuracy

• Lead and mentor Apprentice Aircraft Engineers

• Undertake additional responsibilities as directed

Requirements:

• AME S license with a minimum of 2 years' experience

• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork

• Ability to multitask effectively

• Capacity for physical tasks required

• Previous experience with DHC aircraft beneficial
