In this pivotal role, you will lead a group of electricians in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting marine electrical systems. Collaborating with design and production teams, your focus will be on delivering innovative yacht projects to the highest standards. The role requires ensuring compliance with safety regulations and conducting thorough inspections and testing throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support a dynamic team of electricians
• Perform installations, testing, and maintenance of complex systems
• Troubleshoot electrical issues on new and refitted vessels
• Interpret electrical designs and technical manuals
• Maintain detailed records of projects and compliance
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5-10 years marine electrical experience
• Leadership experience as Lead, Supervisor, or Foreman
• Expertise in marine electrical diagnosis and installation
• Must be authorized to work in Canada
