Journeyman Electrician - Hybrid Work Model

Become a Journeyman Electrician with Radius Fire in Richmond, BC and enjoy a hybrid work model split between the office and field. Focus on key low-voltage electrical services and system installations.

This role involves hands-on tasks such as troubleshooting fire alarm systems and ensuring compliance with safety standards. You will play a vital role in ensuring fire protection systems are functioning effectively and safely for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and install low-voltage fire alarm systems

• Conduct site assessments for project quotes

• Manage electrical permits to comply with regulations

• Execute wiring tasks for emergency lighting and exit signs

• Adhere to safety protocols according to BC regulations

Requirements:

• Red Seal Certification and Class B or C FSR Designation

• Knowledge of BC Fire Code and technical drawings

• A valid BC Driver’s License with no infractions

• Strong customer service and diagnostic communication skills

• Experience with Mircom systems and older panels is an asset
