Building Maintenance Technician On-Site

Take on the role of Building Maintenance Technician, focused on site-specific repairs and safety checks in a variety of systems. This is an on-site position with no remote options available.

We are looking for a Building Maintenance Technician who has completed secondary school and has 1 to 7 months of maintenance experience. Your responsibilities will include minor repairs of heating, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, alongside safety inspections, painting, and drywall work. You will order supplies and assist skilled tradespersons during larger maintenance jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair HVAC systems and plumbing issues

• Conduct safety and security checks routinely

• Perform maintenance tasks such as drywall repair

• Maintain supply inventory and order necessities

• Collaborate with skilled tradespersons on projects

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate required

• Up to 7 months of relevant experience needed

• Dependable and reliable work manner

• Ability to work independently

• Capable of performing physical tasks including bending
