In this senior position, you will report to the Client Services Manager while overseeing high-risk fieldwork at mine sites. You'll be integral to new product introductions and ensuring installations meet Wenco's standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead installation and commissioning of new deployments
• Establish installation baselines and perform QA checks
• Conduct advanced root cause analysis on system issues
• Mentor Field Services Analysts on best practices
• Build training materials and troubleshooting guides
Requirements:
• 5–10 years in hardware installation or field services
• Degree in Electronics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Expertise in networking, GPS, and rugged hardware
• Valid driver's license and able to travel extensively
• French fluency preferred for client interactions
