You will handle adjustments to heating, plumbing, and electrical systems while contacting professionals for major repairs. Strengthening reliability, you will engage in safety checks and assist skilled tradespersons with their projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adjust and repair heating, cooling, and electrical systems

• Contact contractors for maintenance and repairs

• Carry out minor appliance repairs and maintenance

• Perform routine safety and security checks

• Order supplies to maintain necessary inventory

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate

• 1 to 7 months of relevant experience

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Skills in bending, crouching, and kneeling

• Reliability in conducting daily tasks
