Oldcastle, a CRH company, is hiring a Red Seal Millwright for equipment, tool, and machinery maintenance. The position includes installing, adjusting, and repairing production equipment and special purpose machines. You will use hand and power tools while completing fabrication, lubrication, parts replacement, and plant repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, adjust, and repair production equipment and special purpose machines
Complete welding, fabrication, troubleshooting, and hydraulic installation tasks
Operate hand and power tools for repairs and parts changes
Dismantle machinery and replace defective parts using lifting equipment
Lubricate and clean equipment to ensure proper operation
Requirements:
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent training and experience
Technical or vocational school certification or equivalent experience
At least three years of millwright experience with interprovincial Red Seal
Ability to lift tools and machinery parts weighing up to 60 pounds
Ability to perform intermittent bending, crouching, pushing, pulling, stooping, and reaching
Bring Red Seal millwright expertise, equipment troubleshooting, welding, and hydraulic installation skills to Oldcastle maintenance operations.
