In this role, you will lead the development of strategic business goals while collaborating with Trade Development and field sales teams. Your ability to cultivate relationships with key accounts will enable you to foster brand growth and ensure complete execution of planned promotions. You will also be instrumental in coaching your team to achieve high performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage annual plans for sales growth by account
• Collaborate with teams to evaluate and implement promotional strategies
• Identify opportunities to expand brand presence in existing accounts
• Oversee the development of account presentations and goals
• Conduct team training and performance assessments
Requirements:
• 4-5 years in a sales management or similar role
• Strong leadership and people management expertise
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitive activities
• Familiarity with industry regulations is advantageous
