As a volunteer for the SHARE Project, you will play a vital role in empowering women entrepreneurs within the mining sector. Your responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, providing essential business training, and helping to identify investment opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform needs assessments for women in mining

• Discover and promote investment opportunities

• Facilitate training on financial management and business practices

• Support quality enhancement of mining-related products

• Create linkages between women and mining enterprises

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar

• Proven facilitation and training abilities

• Proficient in business advisory and readiness

• Capable of engaging diverse stakeholders

• Experience interacting with women in informal sectors
