We areseekinga motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience supporting supply chain operations through data analysis, reporting, process improvement, and system accuracy initiatives.
The intern will work closely with teams across Planning, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Operations to helpmaintainaccuratesupply chain data and support day-to-day business activities. This isa great opportunity for a student interested in supply chain, analytics, business operations, or process improvement.
- Review andvalidatesupply chainmasterdata to ensure information isaccurateand up to date.
- Support data cleanup and system accuracy initiatives within ERP and planning systems.
- Assitwithmaintainingitem setup information, supplier data, inventory attributes, and planning parameters.
- Participate in projects focused on improving supply chain processes and operational efficiency.
- Help document current processes andidentifyopportunities for simplification or automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Planning, Procurement, Operations, and Logistics.
- Assist with reporting, KPI tracking, and data analysis related to vendor performance and supply chain operations.
- Support testing and validation activities during system or process updates.
- Complete ad hoc projects and analysis as assigned by Supply Chain leadership.
- Currently pursuing aBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, ora related field.
- Strong attention to detail and interest in working with data and business systems.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability toidentifytrends and inconsistencies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (D365, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is helpful but not required.
- Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus.
- Hands-on experience working within a real-world supply chain organization.
- Exposure to supply chain planning, procurement, inventory management, and operations.
- Experience using ERP systems, reporting tools, and business analytics.
