• Educate customers on the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club.
• Greet and exceed customer expectations with a lasting first impression.
• Engage with customers before and after each wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Maintain quality assurance through accurate quality control checks.
• Comply with all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
• Operate basic retail equipment (computer, POS, etc.).
• Pitch membership packages to new customers.
• Learn wash process and equipment to broaden knowledge base.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site for entire shift in a fast paced environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and professional appearance.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.

• Starting pay $15.00 per hour with opportunities for advancement.
