Distribution Specialist
1st shift9:00am - 5:30pm
$18.00/hour
We are seeking a reliable and team-oriented Distribution Specialist to support warehouse operations. This hands-on role involves picking, packing, receiving, inventory support, and operating industrial equipment—all while maintaining safety and efficiency.
Objectives- Maintain a respectful, professional attitude
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Support team efficiency across warehouse functions
- Pick and pack products using Powerd Pick and D365
- Receive and put away shipments (domestic, overseas, inter-company)
- Support inventory accuracy and on-time delivery
- Assist with onboarding and training of associates
- Meet production metrics for safety, quality, and productivity
- Operate Powered Industrial Equipment (PIE) safely
- Learn product lines and identification numbers
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills
- 2+ years of warehouse experience or equivalent
- Leadership experience and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50-70 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout shift
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attendance
- Willingness to work overtime or alternate schedules
