RECEPTIONIST

We are currently looking for a receptionist to join our team.

• Operate Cisco phone system
• Answer approx. 300 calls per day
• Transfer multiple calls at a time
• Maintain call quality by providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner
• Greet all visitors with friendly and welcoming demeanor
• Processing of incoming and outgoing mail

• High School diploma
• Reception and customer service experience
• Must be fluent in English
• Must be self-motivated and reliable
• Accurate with an attention to detail
• Microsoft Word and Excel skills are an asset.

Salary: $40,000-$42,000

• Salary will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
