RECEPTIONIST

We are currently looking for a receptionist to join our team.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Operate Cisco phone system
Answer approx. 300 calls per day
Transfer multiple calls at a time
Maintain call quality by providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner
Greet all visitors with friendly and welcoming demeanor
Processing of incoming and outgoing mail

Qualifications:

High School diploma
Reception and customer service experience
Must be fluent in English
Must be self-motivated and reliable
Accurate with an attention to detail
Microsoft Word and Excel skills are an asset.
Salary: $40,000-$42,000
Salary will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
