Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate comprehensive meeting preparations and documentation
• Ensure the completion of CEO commitments across divisions
• Strategically manage the CEO's calendar and focus
• Perform comprehensive email triage and management
• Organize internal and external events and outings
Requirements:
• 8+ years supporting a senior executive, ideally a CEO
• Solid experience in project management across diverse tasks
• Strong discretion needed for confidential matters
• Familiarity with AI tools advantageous
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills required
