Position: Operations Financial Services Intern - BMW Group
Intern in Customer Payments and Operations at BMW Financial Services, Richmond Hill. This 12-month internship focuses on processing payments and supporting seamless operations.

As an intern, you will engage in managing cheque and electronic payments while generating key financial reports. Your responsibilities include daily reconciliation of transactions and communication with insurance providers. Strong organizational skills are vital in this deadline-driven role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate daily NSF reports for banking accuracy

• Process and reconcile returned payment items

• Monitor cheque files and address payment discrepancies

• Perform payment reconciliations between systems

• Provide support for interdepartmental requests as needed

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent from college/university

• 1-3 years in payment processing or automotive operations

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
