What is the opportunity?
The RBC Dominion Securities branch located in Richmond Hill is looking for a resourceful, efficient and collaborative individual to join a high‑performing Executive Council Team.
By providing ongoing, exceptional service and support to our clients and our Advisor team, you will help our team deepen existing relationships and welcome new clients to the firm. As an invaluable internal and external point of contact, you will play a key role in maintaining client accounts, ensuring account administration and documentation remains up‑to‑date and compliant, and working with the Advisor team in managing client portfolios and wealth management planning opportunities.
Responsibilities- Enhance the client’s experience from onboarding to year‑round contact so that it is consistently smooth and on‑track with the team’s client service plan.
- Assist the Advisor team in welcoming and onboarding new clients.
- Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with their clients/prospects.
- Provide proactive client service with a focus on problem resolution and attention to details.
- Respond to client inquiries in an understanding and time‑efficient manner (account transactions, requests, account documentation, account reporting, etc.).
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of all necessary documentation in compliance with internal controls and industry regulatory requirements.
- Tap into your superior problem resolution skills to provide proactive client service. Working collaboratively, you will at times liaise with various departments to provide smooth and timely solutions.
- Effectively manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors and other internal and external partners.
- Follow up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery.
- Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam, CIRE
- Strong skills working with business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office Suite
- High quality time management and organization skills
- Demonstrated skills in providing world‑class client service that will come across as professional, warm, and friendly to our clients
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in securities industry
- Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities’ systems and procedures
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English

Pay & CompensationThe expected pay range for this position is: $37,500.00 - $50,000.00. This position includes competitive‑based pay, and the overall earning potential is impacted by a variable incentive structure, earning a multiple of salary up to: 1.0x. RBC supports pay transparency and we strive to ensure all pay ranges are competitive, fair, and equitable.
