Finance Manager

Wilson Niblett Motors is looking for a motivated and professional Finance Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and an interest in helping customers through the final steps of their vehicle purchase.
As a Finance Manager, you will work with customers to review financing options, protection products, and purchase paperwork in a clear, professional, and customer-focused way. You will also work closely with the sales team, management, and lending partners to help create a smooth and positive buying experience.
Responsibilities   Assist customers with financing, leasing, and vehicle purchase paperwork
Present available protection products, warranty options, and coverage packages in a professional manner
Work with banks and lending partners to help secure financing approvals
Review contracts, applications, and documentation for accuracy
Support customers through the final stages of the vehicle buying process
Communicate clearly with the sales team, management, and finance partners
Maintain compliance with dealership, lender, and legal requirements
Provide a positive, organized, and customer-first experience
Requirements   Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional, positive, and organized approach
Comfort working with numbers, paperwork, and customer information
Ability to explain financing and protection options clearly
Sales, finance, banking, insurance, or automotive experience is an asset
Previous dealership finance experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate
Willingness to learn, follow processes, and grow within the role
Valid driver’s licence
