Position: Customer Experience Associate at TD
Elevate customer interactions as a Customer Experience Associate with TD in Richmond Hill, Ontario. You will manage financial transactions while building strong relationships with customers.

In this role, you will work 15 hours a week supporting Personal & Commercial Banking at TD Canada Trust. This position requires strong administration and communication skills to assess customer needs effectively. Your focus will be on promoting banking solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving assigned objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately

• Understand customer needs to recommend tailored solutions

• Resolve customer concerns and escalate when necessary

• Promote banking solutions to meet business goals

• Connect personally with customers to offer advice

Requirements:

• High School diploma plus 1+ years of experience

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus
