Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

In this position, you will report to the Director FP&A and closely collaborate with business leaders. Your primary focus will be on shaping budgets, forecasts, and performance insights for various services. You will lead financial projects and offer strategic advice to enhance operations and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and improve service-focused budgets and forecasts

• Translate KPIs and trends into actionable insights

• Develop financial models to support business strategies

• Manage month-end close activities and IFRS compliance

• Coach a senior financial analyst while fostering teamwork

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance roles

• CPA designation or MBA preferred

• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills

• Strong communication and leadership abilities

• Solid understanding of IFRS standards
