We’re always on the lookout for talented individuals with media buying and creative experience who want to work in an agency environment to help businesses scale. This role is not a media buying role but is focused on working with clients, creators, and media buyers to ideate, develop, and source creative assets primarily for media buying initiatives.

THE ROLEAs a Creative Strategist your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Working alongside media buyers and brands to determine net new ad creative ideas
- Collaborating with client’s customer bases, 3rd party content creators, and influencers to create content
- Writing briefs and scripts for creators and graphic designers
- Corresponding with creators to give feedback and send product(s)
- Communicating with clients over slack, email, and google meet/zoom
Required:
- Proficient with Meta Ads Manager
- 2+ years experience as Creative Strategist or in a similar role.
- Background in Design or Copywriting.
- Skilled at writing creative briefs and scripts, and ensuring they are translated into impactful creative output.
- Responsible for overseeing ad quality control ensuring deliverables meet brand and performance standards.
- Experienced in conducting competitor research to inform creative strategy.
- Comfortable in client-facing roles, including presenting and pitching creative strategies.
- Hands‑on experience on set for photo or video shoots — from pre‑production planning to post‑production coordination.
- Preferred:
Experience in an agency or other fast‑paced environment. - Preferred:
Familiar with Slack and Asana.

Salary: $72,000 - $96,000+ (based on experience)
