Position Overview:

We are seeking an initiative‑taking, early‑career customer‑facing professional to join our Enterprise Sales Team. This role blends Sales Coordination and Junior Customer Success responsibilities, supporting our most strategic enterprise relationships within the Financial Services sector.

You will act as a key partner to senior sales leaders, helping manage customer engagement activities, administrative execution, and smaller‑scale project oversight. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career (approximately 2+ years of experience) who is highly organized, motivated, detail‑oriented, and eager to grow within a high‑performing, energetic sales environment.

While technology experience is preferred, deep domain expertise in Contact Center or CCaaS solutions is not mandatory. Cultural alignment, strong communication skills, and a customer‑first mindset are critical to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement & Relationship Support (35%)
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers.
    • Understand client business objectives and align them with Connex solutions and services.
    • Serve as a customer advocate, coordinating internally to help expedite issue resolution.
    • Support and help facilitate Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), covering service performance, project updates, and improvement plans.
    • Provide ongoing oversight of smaller engagements to ensure scope and timelines are met.
    • Support the Enterprise Sales team with administrative tasks they cannot execute due to client‑facing demands.
    • Prepare sales documents, proposals, presentations, and other client‑facing materials.
    • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely updates of opportunities and activities.
    • Assist with purchase orders, quotations, invoicing coordination, and documentation management.
    • Organize and manage sales artifacts and documentation across engagements.
    • Liaise with internal departments (Delivery, Finance, Operations, etc.) to ensure timely follow‑up on client‑related matters.
    • Ensure alignment between sales activities and broader company objectives.
    • Support smooth handoffs between Sales and Delivery teams.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking (15%)
    • Create and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track pipeline health and performance metrics.
    • Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and customer engagement workflows.
    • Provide insights that help drive retention and growth within enterprise accounts.
Mandatory

Skills:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, customer engagement, project coordination, or similar client‑facing support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present clearly and professionally.
  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to build cross‑functional relationships.
  • Motivated, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced sales team environment.
  • Experience with in Financial Services or enterprise technology environments.
  • Exposure to SaaS, cloud technologies, or customer success functions.
  • Business, marketing, or related post‑secondary education.
