Director of Sales

Position: Director of Sales 5331)
Next Path Career Partners is currently seeking a  Director of Sales – Canada  to join our client’s team in  Richmond Hill, ON . This is a  Remote, Direct Hire  position.

SALARY: $145,000 – $160,000 + Bonus (depending on experience)

Requirements

10+ years of business-to-business outside sales experience

Proven success in sales within the waste industry, municipal sector, or product/truck rental space

Strong interpersonal, consultative, and problem‑solving skills

Business acumen with financial and strategic understanding

Ability to develop and grow customer relationships

Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 50%+ overnight

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee outside sales efforts across Canada for rental and off-rent solutions

Develop and strengthen relationships with current and potential customers

Conduct in-person meetings with prospects and clients weekly to expand market share

Collaborate with leadership to implement sales strategies and maximize results

Report regularly on sales performance, opportunities, and region growth

Represent the company at industry events regionally and nationally

Utilize CRM and web‑based tools for communication and organization of sales efforts

Manage all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing
