Director of Sales

Next Path Career Partners is currently seeking a Director of Sales – Canada to join our client’s team in Richmond Hill, ON
. This is a Remote, Direct Hire position.

SALARY: $145,000 – $160,000 + Bonus (depending on experience)

• 10+ years of business-to-business outside sales experience
• Proven success in sales within the waste industry, municipal sector, or product/truck rental space
• Strong interpersonal, consultative, and problem‑solving skills
• Business acumen with financial and strategic understanding
• Ability to develop and grow customer relationships
• Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 50%+ overnight

• Lead and oversee outside sales efforts across Canada for rental and off-rent solutions
• Develop and strengthen relationships with current and potential customers
• Conduct in-person meetings with prospects and clients weekly to expand market share
• Collaborate with leadership to implement sales strategies and maximize results
• Report regularly on sales performance, opportunities, and region growth
• Represent the company at industry events regionally and nationally
• Utilize CRM and web‑based tools for communication and organization of sales efforts
• Manage all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing
