We’re looking for a driven and technically capable Sales Engineer to support the continued growth of our electric heating product line. This role combines hands‑on technical expertise with relationship‑driven sales. You’ll work closely with distributors, contractors, builders, and project stakeholders to promote, specify, and grow our heating solutions across multiple markets. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective accounts
- Promote and drive specification of the company’s heating product line into projects
- Lead customer meetings, product presentations, and technical training sessions
- Identify new business opportunities and expand territory presence
- Travel regularly to support customers and strengthen market coverage
- Collaborate with internal sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
- Represent the company at customer events, trade shows, and industry functions
- Bachelor’s degree required (Electrical Engineering strongly preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of technical sales experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to clearly explain technical products to diverse audiences
- Highly organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable managing a travel schedule
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50%
- A proactive, relationship‑focused professional with strong commercial instincts
- Confidence presenting technical products in both one‑on‑one and group settings
- A team player with a growth mindset and high accountability
- Comfortable working onsite while spending significant time in the field
