Key Responsibilities:
• Promptly address customer inquiries via multiple channels
• Accurately process and manage orders on time
• Ensure consistent service from quote to delivery
• Collaborate with outside sales for account support
• Participate in outbound calls for customer engagement
Requirements:
• 1-3+ years in sales or customer support
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized with attention to detail and data accuracy
• Comfortable using CRM and communication tools
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and a team contributor
