Key Responsibilities:

• Support retail initiatives with outbound calls

• Promote and introduce new products to grocery retailers

• Identify sales opportunities for Retail Account Managers

• Maintain ongoing communication with grocery clients

• Diagnose customer feedback and relay intelligence to team

Requirements:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French

• Minimum of 2 years in the grocery retail sector

• Strong attention to detail and organization skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

• Experience with CRM is an asset
