In this role, you will take charge of restoration and mitigation projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry standards such as IICRC. You will manage emergency response operations, train junior technicians, and demonstrate operational excellence. Effective communication is key as you liaise with clients and ensure that projects stay on track.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and report on property damage
• Implement effective water and asbestos remediation
• Supervise and mentor restoration crews
• Monitor safety protocols and equipment performance
• Document procedures and remediation outcomes clearly
Requirements:
• 2+ years in restoration or emergency response
• Required Water Remediation Technician certification
• Familiarity with moisture and inspection tools
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
