Richmond Hill Industrial Maintenance Foreman

In this position, you will direct maintenance operations, working hand-in-hand with Licensed Millwrights and Industrial Electricians to ensure reliable machinery performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and train maintenance staff including apprentices

• Schedule and prioritize maintenance work based on demand

• Enforce safety measures and compliance with regulations

• Analyze and improve maintenance processes continuously

• Manage work orders and inspect equipment conditions

Requirements:

• Must be a Licensed Electrician or Millwright

• 5+ years of heavy industrial maintenance experience

• Prior experience in a supervisory role preferred

• Proficient in troubleshooting industrial equipment

• Familiarity with CMMS applications for maintenance tasks
