Service Technician – Wilson Niblett Motors

Wilson Niblett Motors is looking for a skilled and reliable Service Technician to join our service team. This is a great opportunity for a Journeyman Technician or 4th Year Apprentice who takes pride in quality workmanship, accurate diagnostics, and delivering excellent service to customers.

As a Service Technician, you will inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain customer vehicles while working in a professional dealership environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a busy service department.

• Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs
• Complete routine services such as oil changes, brake repairs, tire service, fluid services, and inspections
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently according to dealership and manufacturer standards
• Communicate recommended repairs clearly with the service advisor team
• Test drive vehicles when required to confirm concerns and completed repairs
• Maintain accurate repair orders and service documentation

• Support a positive and productive service department environment

• Journeyman Automotive Service Technician certification or 4th Year Apprentice status
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Reliable, professional, and team-focused attitude
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy service department
• Valid driver’s licence
• GM or dealership experience is an asset, but not required
