Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site diagnostics and repairs for agricultural equipment

• Participate in Service EDUCATE training programs

• Support customer clinics and explain service concerns

• Promote Premier Equipment service programs directly to clients

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of John Deere products

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of service repair experience

• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills

• Valid driver's license and ability to lift 75lbs

• Proficient with diagnostic tools and computer functions

• Excellent customer service skills
