Repair and Restoration Technician Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare material take-offs and interpret blueprints

• Perform restoration tasks from site prep to job completion

• Proactively communicate job issues with the Project Manager

• Maintain professionalism and strong client relationships

• Conduct hazard assessments and uphold safety standards

Requirements:

• High school Diploma or GED

• Proficient in basic math and organizational skills

• At least 1 year of experience in restoration or construction

• Valid driver's license and vehicle operation ability

• Attention to detail and strong communication skills
