The role emphasizes problem-solving, root cause analysis, and collaboration with Engineering, Materials, and Maintenance to sustain improvements on the production floor.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Engineering/Science or equivalent manufacturing experience, plus CAD familiarity and experience with capital budgeting.
